Complaints and Corrections Policy

At News-Snap.com, we are committed to accurate, fair, and responsible journalism. We take all complaints seriously and aim to address concerns promptly and transparently.

Complaints

If you believe that a published article breaches our editorial standards or contains inaccurate or misleading information, please contact us at complaints@news-snap.com or write to us here. Include your full name, contact details, a link to the relevant article, and a clear explanation of your concern.

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and resolve them within 14 days where possible.

Corrections

When a factual error is identified, we will correct it at the earliest opportunity. Minor corrections may be made without a formal note, but substantive corrections will be clearly labelled within the article, along with the date of the update.

Right of Reply

Where a person or organisation is subject to significant criticism, we will offer a fair opportunity to respond, either within the article or in a follow-up publication.

Escalation

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you may request that the matter be reviewed by our Editor-in-Chief. Contact: editor@news-snap.com
